Summary:

The Director of IT is responsible for managing IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, and users while ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery. Reporting to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), this role involves supervising IT staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading technical projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT staff, including task assignment, training, and professional development.
• Oversee IT operations, including servers, networking, disaster recovery, and hardware.
• Maintain system performance, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage IT budgets, asset procurement, and documentation of departmental processes.
• Update disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with backup protocols.
• Monitor IT trends, recommend improvements, and promptly address business concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of IT systems and leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in IT planning, project management, and budgeting.
• Experience with Windows, Group Policy, Meraki, Veeam, Azure, and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
