JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Estimator to join the organization of a Construction Firm in New Jersey. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for the preparation of quantity take-offices, estimates, and analysis for various scopes of work. They will be focused on specific work type whether it be solid and earthwork or interior. They will develop cost-saving value analysis, analyze conditions, and complete calculations. The estimator team will partner with purchasing and contracts team members to review contract documents and plans to address scope requirements. This role will be onsite 5 days per week in New Jersey with growth opportunity within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering

- 3+ year's experience in construction estimation specific to Soil or Earthwork

-Strong technical experience with Excel, CAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu
