About the Role:

Title: Estimator

Location: Fishers, IN 46038

Schedule: On-site 5 days/week

Duration: Permanent Direct Hire

Salary: $85,000-$100,000

Must Haves:

• 4-6 years experience in Estimating experience with a GC
• Experience completing their own takeoffs (ideally within Procore)
• Experience with negotiating bids vs strictly hard bids
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Plusses:

• Degree in Construction Management or similar field
• Experience with steel frame or metal stud estimating

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking an Estimator to join one of our largest clients in Fishers, IN. Our client is looking for a senior level Estimator who has experience (estimating all divisions) of ground up commercial construction. The ideal candidate enjoys conceptual estimating and doing a fair amount take-offs for ground up multi-family and commercial building construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M+. Previous experience estimating for a multi-family company is strongly preferred. . If you enjoy negotiation during the estimating phase of the project, embrace technology to be more efficient, work on a diverse portfolio of projects then this is the role for you. The Estimator will work closely with the Sr Estimator as well as the Director of Preconstruction. Some daily activities would include but not be limited to calling subs, getting pricing and numbers, doing takeoffs, going to bid day, etc.
