Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Rate: $75,000 - $85,000

Required Skills

-3+ years of experience in a commercial Construction industry

-Experience with onscreen, takeoff, or plan swift

-Proficient in Excel

-We would like this candidate to come from a field like the following (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Framing, Concrete)

-They need to be a sales person and be ok with taking out clients to HH and lunches

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a collaborative and passionate advocate for one of our best clients to handle projects from initial estimates through subcontract formalization. The ideal candidate will ask the right questions to provide complete project cost evaluations, offer innovative solutions to complex issues, and make reliable cost predictions across all scopes of work. They must prepare detailed conceptual and evolving estimates, assemble comprehensive bid packages, and lead cost presentations to customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, BIM tools, project management software, and scheduling software is required. This candidate is going to need to be very familiar with different software's adaptable for what is needed.
