Title: Engineering Manager

Job Duties:

• Supervising a team of Engineers and Designers, helping them to achieve a high level of performance
• Analyzing new and existing products in the areas of design, function, manufacturing, styling, and other factors to provide design simplification, standardization, reliability, parts interchangeability, cost reduction, etc.
• Ensure projects meet budget and delivery expectations.
• Maintain Engineering and Drafting standards, policies and procedures, calculations, ERP data entry, etc.
• Addresses product issues and concerns, both internally and externally; evaluates warranty claims for product improvements.

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimally 5+ years management experience in an ETO engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with engineering and operations practices and procedures.
• Skills in products design, machine design and tolerancing.
• Strong leadership, team-building and supervisory skills.
