What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer , your mission is to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality across all facets of production. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Master CNC Programming & Operations : Program and optimize advanced equipment such as press brakes, panel benders, lasers, and robotic machinery, ensuring maximum precision and productivity.
- Streamline Data Management : Create and maintain product routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Item Master data records to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Analyze & Improve Processes : Conduct in-depth operational analyses to evaluate labor efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and recommend game-changing improvements.
- Ensure Reliability & Safety : Maintain robust manufacturing systems that enhance production rates, efficiency, yields, and cost-effectiveness while reducing changeover times.
- Deploy Cutting-Edge Systems : Develop and implement systems that drive optimization at every stage of production.
- Champion Lean Principles : Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Educational Excellence : A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is required to provide the foundation for success.
- Technical Expertise :
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience with lasers, press brakes, or CNC mill/lathe machines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NC Express, and CADMAN is a major plus.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and a background in metal fabrication are advantageous.
