Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support civil, wastewater, and utilities construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
  • Track project progress, review reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records and assist in procurement.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in civil, wastewater, or utilities construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and regulatory standards.
