We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support civil, wastewater, and utilities construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
- Track project progress, review reports, and update stakeholders.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permit applications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist in procurement.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in civil, wastewater, or utilities construction.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and regulatory standards.
