We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County .

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects .
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards .
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel .
• Maintain and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on-site.
• Conduct daily reports, inspections, and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve field issues efficiently.
• Monitor material deliveries, equipment use, and manpower allocation to maintain workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, city inspectors, and trade partners .

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use projects .
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations .
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and ensuring high-quality work .
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts .
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
