We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met, while overseeing RFIs, submittals, and material procurement. Regular site visits will be required to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Problem-solving and clear communication are essential to resolve challenges and deliver successful results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Expertise in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical codes and safety regulations.
