Title: Lead Electro-Mechanical Technician

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Hourly Rate: $32-36/hr
Job Summary: Responsible for performing work in the maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment in the manufacturing plant.
Job Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Predictive and preventative maintenance duties on pumps, presses, valves, fans, and safety machine guards
• Source replacement parts, materials, tools, and spare parts as needed
• Monitor and maintain CNC and related machine shop equipment
• Assist in building components for major plant projects/maintenance
• Operate and maintain forklifts and overhead cranes as needed
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of industrial electro-mechanical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical ability
• Electrical experience up to 480-volt 3-phase
• HVAC experience a plus
• Experience with PLC's desired
• Machining experience helpful
