Shift & Hours : Monday through Friday (7/8 am - 4/5 pm)
Pay Rate : $35-40/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced P&ID Drafter/AutoCAD Specialist for an exciting, long-term project at a palm oil refinery in Channahon, IL. This project will last anywhere from 12 to 24 months and will be fully on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with P&IDs, AutoCAD, and electrical line drawings, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform walk-downs of the facility and update P&ID drawings to reflect current conditions.
- Create and/or modify P&IDs as necessary.
- Update and modify electrical line drawings.
- Use AutoCAD for drawing updates and creation.
- Manage and document data entry from on-site computers.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Chemical, food, or liquid industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (required).
- Experience with electrical line drawings is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a palm oil refinery environment (oil present on surfaces).
- Ability to walk across crosswalks and work outdoors when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic industrial setting.

- This is a physical and demanding job in an industrial environment; candidates must be prepared for the conditions.
- Access to a Bunge computer and desk will be provided on-site for data entry and drawing updates.
