Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Qualifications:Proficiency with CernerExperience in a Level II Trauma CenterWillingness to float within the hospital as neededCompletion of orientation and modules is requiredWhat You'll Do:Work nights with a commitment to 12-hour shifts.Be open to picking up additional shifts (potentially 4x12).Work every other weekend and holiday.No on-call requirement.Additional Requirements:Flu vaccine is required; exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons.Complete required modules during orientation, with hours logged via Kronos.Manage compliance and lab appointments promptly to avoid cancellation.Provide two supervisor references.Floating to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) may be necessary.Ensure American Heart Association (AHA) certifications are completed before starting.Be prepared to manage your schedule to accommodate necessary lab appointments.If you're passionate about pediatric care and excited about the opportunity to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!
