Your responsibilities will include:Participating in scheduled activities across different emergency rooms.Passing a dysrhythmia exam before you start, with up to two attempts.Completing SIMs Lab training on the first day of orientation, focusing on essential skills such as Foley catheter insertion & port-a-cath insertion.Engaging in educational sessions on lifts, restraints, and wound care.Working as one of only two RNs at satellite locations, maintaining a patient ratio of 4:1.Performing lab draws as part of the ER responsibilities.Complying with weekend and holiday work requirements.Wearing Galaxy Blue scrubs.Ensuring proficiency in ventilation capabilities and relevant procedures.Participating in a facility-specific orientation to familiarize yourself with policies and equipment.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced environment and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply!
