About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its team. The COO will be a key leader, responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all programs and services. This role involves overseeing daily program operations, driving strategic initiatives, and leading a diverse team to ensure the organization's mission is achieved. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record in designing and implementing systems to support a complex organization. They should be adept at problem-solving, have a strong background in change management, and be capable of fostering a culture of excellence and equity.Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience, preferably in human services, social services, behavioral health, or healthcare. The role requires a leader with exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and team-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of governmental funding mechanisms. The COO will be expected to communicate effectively, mentor and develop senior leaders, and ensure the organization meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness in its programs.
