The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the evolution of a new parent company structure designed to enhance value, impact, and growth in the global health sector. The COO will be responsible for all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, audit management, and global IT operations. This role demands a focus on change management and the championing of a shared services model. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in various financial disciplines, capable of managing complex issues at a global level, and will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure the financial health of the organization. Applicants for the COO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 15 years' of relevant experience. A CPA certification is also preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent management, leadership, and communication skills, who can foster a culture of customer-centricity and a growth mindset. Experience in a shared service center and fluency in English are essential, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite. The COO will be expected to travel internationally and must be committed to leading change with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and the values of the organization.
