About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join their early-stage startup. The COO will play a pivotal role in the company's development, working closely with the CEO and other executives to operate and scale the business in line with the corporate vision and budget. Key responsibilities include researching, forecasting, and implementing strategies to optimize and expand the company's operations, as well as partnering with the CEO on technology development and participating in all fundraising activities and investor relations. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing company operations, project timelines, business development, and employee productivity, all while fostering a highly inclusive culture.Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, with a Master’s or PhD preferred. Experience in partnering with MSPs and IT services companies is highly desirable, as is a background in previous fundraising and startup environments. The role requires a professional who has worked with technology teams of various sizes and backgrounds and is adept at setting and driving organizational vision, mission, and corporate strategy. The COO will be expected to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives and to assess and integrate improved processes and new technologies in collaboration with management.
