About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in multifamily real estate to lead the operational aspects of its business. The COO will be responsible for operational leadership, strategy execution, financial performance, property management, acquisitions and development, risk management, and team leadership. This executive will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure the efficient and profitable management of the property portfolio, drive the company's strategic vision, and meet or exceed financial goals. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing large multifamily portfolios, optimizing business processes, and leading cross-functional teams.Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in an executive role within the multifamily real estate industry, with a focus on property management, acquisitions, and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of industry regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The COO will be expected to continuously assess and improve operational workflows, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and enhance overall performance. Expertise in real estate technology platforms and operational tools is also essential.
