Job Description

Piper Companies seeks an experienced Project Manager to develop ideas and organizational skills in a hybrid 3-day workweek.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain projects from start to finish.
  • Manage high-value projects with cost-effective budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and executives to gather scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
  • Maintain a high level of organization with self and team members.
  • Lead cross-functional teams internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project oversight experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to complete projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree.
