Monday - Friday: 8:30AM to 4:30PMPay Rate:

Job Responsibilities & Description for Building Maintenance Mechanic:

Daily repairs and general maintenance in areas of plumbing and electricalGeneral commercial building repairs, heating, and cooling minor repairs

Job Requirements for Building Maintenance Mechanic:

Good attitude and customer service skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalency1 to 3 years of experienceMust be able to lift up to 50lbsMust have a valid drivers license - will be driving a company carMust be able to manipulate a 30' extension ladder.Mandatory drug testingTraining will be provided for use of the "Angus" cell phone application
