Job Details:Schedule: Part-time 25- 35 hours per week (8:00 AM- 1:30 PM- Includes a ½ hour lunch break; hours can be flexible)Pay Rate: $18 - $20/ hourMAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up

Job Description:

Perform general maintenance duties including, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting work as necessaryGeneral Drywall RepairAppliance repair/installationGeneral Carpentry SkillsSet-up of chairs/ tables for resident events as neededResponsible for completing assigned work ordersAttend and actively participate in required meetingsPerform routine preventive maintenance measuresPerform other duties as assignedAssist other departments as neededMAINTENANCE/FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/ Event Set-Up

Job Requirements:

Patience and understanding especially as it pertains to seniorsAt least 2 years of general field experience (*Refer to "Specific Duties & Responsibilities" listed above)Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record (*Will need to use personal vehicle)High school diploma/GED requiredPhysically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassistedExperienced in operating a variety of equipment, small hand tools, power tools
