A large national firm is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join their San Francisco team.

Job Function:

• defending class and PAGA litigation matters.
• drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
• drafting and arguing motions, and deposition.

Job Requirement:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• 5-7 Years of relevant experience
• Experience in defending class and PAGA litigation matters. Experience with class and representatives actions preferred.
• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
• Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Trial experience a plus but not required
