This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment law, specializing in areas such as FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability discrimination, and retaliation under Labor Code section 1102.5.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling sexual abuse cases, as the firm is dedicated to representing victims with compassion and determination. Familiarity with litigation involving public entity defendants is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employment law, including sexual abuse cases.
• Strong litigation skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record in managing a diverse caseload and conducting legal research.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both briefs and oral arguments.
