Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Parsippany, NJ

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking is an associate with 3-5 years of labor & employment experience to join their growing team in Parsippany, NJ. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule, combining three in-office days with two remote days each week.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated labor & employment experience
• Experience in performing legal research and representing employers in various labor and employment-related matters, including litigation in state and federal court, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in labor arbitration
• Experience with employment matters, such as those involving allegations of discrimination, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations is preferred
• Experience counseling employers on labor relations and employment law matters, conducting internal investigations, and drafting employment-related policies and agreements is a plus
• Excellent technical, legal research, professional and client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• New Jersey bar admission in good standing is required (CT and NY bar admission is a plus)
