This women led boutique is seeking a 3+ year rockstar L&E Advice and Counsel Attorney to join their team in Calabasas. This is a new position as the firm continues to grow.

About You:

You are a friendly, responsive, self-starter. You are a strong writer and a skilled communicator. You know how to juggle multiple priorities. And importantly, you are detail-oriented.

You are seeking a collaborative, positive and upbeat office setting four days a week to build relationships with your colleagues; 1 day a week remote.

You understand human dynamics, business needs, and relationships. You are skilled at giving strategic and practical advice on workplace issues, including employee relations, ADA accommodations, employment agreements and risk management. You are experienced with navigating employers through sticky situations and avoiding litigation.

Sense of humor required!

Requirements:

• California Bar
• 3+ years experience in labor and employment
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Experience with providing advice and counsel and litigation

Billables:

1200 hours per year. (1100 billable to clients and 100 firm billable)

Salary:

$130-150k/year base for 1200 billables - plus generous performance based bonus for work above 1200 billables.
