Role : Labor and Employment Associate Attorney (2-8 years) at High Pedigree Law Firm

Location : Century City / Los Angeles, CA

Our client is looking to add a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience.

• This firm provides compensation similar to Big Law + 10% origination bonuses, which results in some Associates taking home over 7 figures!
• The firm is less than 50 attorneys
• Provides 1:1 mentorship
• Associates typically bill between 1900-2200 hours.

Base Compensation range: $180k - $325k
