A nonprofit services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Human Resources Coordinator who can perform the following tasks and join their growing team. In this role, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for payroll, benefits, workers compensation and leaves of absence.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employment records (including on-boarding, off-boarding, job changes etc.)
- Maintain homepage and accompanying documentation
- Ensure iSolved validation tables reflect current policies
- Compile and report data, including position control, time-to-fill, etc.
- Prepare communications related to job changes (welcome letters, promotions, compensation adjustments, terminations)
- Conduct or assist with conducting audits in iSolved
- Handle the HR-related invoice processes
- Assist leadership with data relating to staffing, recruiting, compensation, payroll and benefits
- Respond to inquiries/notices from team members and external agencies
- Assist in various HR / organization projects and perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related Human Resources experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- iSolved recent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Office365 or related software
- Proficient with videoconferencing platforms, particularly Teams and Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
