Job Description

Required Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience, Knowledge & Abilities: • Basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to carefully follow procedures as written and assigned • Good documentation practices include legible handwriting • Attention to detail and good time management skills are a must • Strong communication skills within and across multiple shifts • Must pass a DEA Background check • Ability to lift 45 lbs. • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Abilities: • Experience working in a clean/controlled manufacturing environment is preferred

The Process Wash Operator is a critical part of the Client Manufacturing Department at the Walpole, MA site. This is a 2nd shift (2 PM to 10:30 PM) position responsible for cleaning all equipment used in numerous manufacturing processes, which includes portable tanks, labware, and other process equipment. This position interacts with various Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering departments.

Responsibilities: • Operated portable tank COP (Clean-out-of-Place) systems, operating Steris parts washers and multiple models of autoclaves. • Managing the collection of dirty equipment and re-distribution of clean equipment to and from various work center locations and multiple clean storage areas. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Assembled, disassembled, and cleaned various types of equipment for the manufacturing work centers • Monitoring and restocking COP chemicals that support the cleaning equipment. • Supporting manufacturing personnel with various requests. • Following instructions for various technical studies.
