Job Description

Required Education: • High School Diploma

Preferred Education: • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 3-5 years of experience in diverse recruitments and candidate sourcing, ideally within hourly or entry-level manufacturing and supply chain roles • Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on employer branding • Advanced communication and negotiation • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands • Proven planning and organizational skills allow you to prioritize effectively • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, iCIMS, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Position Overview: As a HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting hourly talent to Schneider Electric Oxford working collaboratively with our team. You will be based in Oxford, OH with a hybrid working model.

Job Details: • Recruitment Excellence: Manage and coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish • Own the pipeline of both active and passive candidates, utilizing your expertise in candidate sourcing • Employer Branding Extraordinaire: Drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities • You'll be the driving force behind our efforts to attract and retain the best talent • Innovation Advocate: Embrace transformation and be at the forefront of change. • Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our business leaders, managers, and HR team • Your ability to influence and convince others will be essential in building strong relationships and driving successful recruitments
