Job Description

Basic Function:
Support the customer service department by performing routine administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing for products, shipping, and credits.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quotations, sales data, and selling prices.
  • Review daily KPI reports and handle credit/debit memos and returns.
  • Manage price increases, month-end billing, and warehouse postings.
  • Process samples in SAP and manage customer credit limits.
  • Provide invoice copies, set up statements, and offer backup support for Customer Service.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
  • Experience in export transportation or international business preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong customer focus, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
