Financial Analyst

Manufacturing Experience Required

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Financial Analyst with a background in manufacturing to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll assist with financial reports, budgets, invoices, and record-keeping. You’ll also work with Microsoft AX 2012 (preferred) to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Tasks

• Prepare and review financial reports.
• Help with budgeting and tracking financial trends.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile bank statements.

Microsoft AX 2012

• Enter and manage financial data in Microsoft AX 2012.
• Fix any finance-related issues in the system.

General Accounting

• Keep financial records organized and up to date.
• Assist with audits and ensure everything follows company policies.
• Work with the finance team and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Good with Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
• Experience with Microsoft AX 2012 (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
