Vaco is currently hiring for a Loan Specialist/Processor for our client in Waukesha, WI. This is a temporary-to-hire role. Must live in the area, as it is onsite full-time.

nTop things they will be handling:n
n - Review & check-back consumer loan documents, ensuring that all mortgages and titles are compliant.n
- Assist with the force placement of insurance.n
- Scan and verify HMDA withdrawn/denied loans.n
- Scan incoming loan documents into the bank’s system of record - insurance changes, address changes, deceased notices, etc.n

n - Monitor property tax installment payments & maintain the Delinquent Taxes Spreadsheetn
- Monitor and maintain the Loan File Roomn
- Assist Loan Servicing Department with incoming calls – delivering customer service excellence while assisting with inquiries, updates, and problem resolution.n

n - Calculate payoffs as requested by internal and external customers.n
- Distribute the department’s daily reports & incoming mail.n
