Position Title: HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

This role is fully On-Site in a brewery in Golden, CO.

Core Duties:

• Serve as a working supervisor, assisting HVAC technicians with advanced repairs and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external suppliers and customers.
• Operate under minimal supervision while ensuring smooth workflow and task delegation.

Must Haves:

• Extensive HVAC experience, particularly in industrial or at least commercial settings.
• Supervisory experience of 2-3 years or more, overseeing a team of 5-6 HVAC technicians.
• Strong tenure in previous positions (no "jumpy" resumes).

Preferred:

• OSHA certification (though EMCOR will provide this if not already obtained).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reporting Structure & Team Culture:

• Team Size: 10-11 HVAC Technicians and 1 lead.
• Culture: Strong team dynamics with a capable lead.
• Some strong personalities present; the team may present challenges in implementing new ideas.

Compensation:

• $74,000 to $100,000 per year (some flex for those with extensive experience in HVAC)
• Opportunities for merit-based raises.
