Amotec is engaged in a search for an EHS Manager for our client, an industry leading $1B manufacturer located 30 minutes from Harrisburg, PA. As a key member of the site leadership team, the EHS Manager is responsible for the overall plant safety by assisting in the development of health and safety related policies and ensuring all policies are followed by each respective employee.
EHS Manager Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all State, Federal, Local, and OSHA standards and regulations are followed by each employee
- Maintain all employee health and safety files per company specifications
- Monitor all employee exposure levels and document all necessary findings
- Must be able to work collaboratively with insurance companies and other government organizations
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health or environmental
- 5-10 years of experience in either a manufacturing or production setting
- ASP or CSP certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite
