LHH Recruitment in partnership with a company in New Jersey is looking for an Interim IT Contracts Counsel. This role is remote but the candidate MUST BE LICENSED IN NJ. There is no flexibility in this requirement. This role will last several months with the opportunity to be extended.

This candidate needs to have extensive experience drafting, reviewing and redlining commercial contracts such as NDA's, SOW's and MSA's and specifically a variety of technology related agreements including SaaS, software agreements, etc.

This role will begin immediately.

Requirements

JD and licensed to practice in New Jersey

5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and redlining commercial and technology related contracts

Someone tech savvy

Excellent collaborator with superb written and verbal communication skills
