We are assisting a sophisticated Midsize New York firm in its search for a CORPORATE ASSOCIATE to join the tight-knit team. This position is unposted and confidential .

The firm is looking for an Attorney with at least five years of experience in transactional corporate work with at least 50% dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, as well as a mix of private equity and equity finance transactions.
