A leading Am Law 50 firm is seeking an Employment Associate with at least 2 years of broad-based employment counseling experience to join its Executive Compensation, Employment, and Benefits Group in a non-litigation role. This position focuses on providing employment support in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions and advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
