Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)
Location: El Monte, CA
Contract Duration: 4 months (with possibility of extension)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and a proven ability to handle high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Ensure invoices are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• Required: Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite .
• Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position for 4 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
• Candidates must be able to start immediately.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
