Details:
- Position Type: Temporary
- Duration: Minimum of 12 months
- Location: Lincolnshire, IL
- Worksite Type: Fully on-site
- Rate: $25-$28/hr.
Job Responsibilities: - File, copy, and process invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare invoice deduction notices
- Maintain A/P reports and files
- Answer vendor inquiries
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers
- Audit petty cash and expense reimbursements
- Assist in month-end closing
- Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong communication
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently
