LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a reputable company based in Lincolnshire, IL. Details:

• Position Type: Temporary
• Duration: Minimum of 12 months
• Location: Lincolnshire, IL
• Worksite Type: Fully on-site
• Rate: $25-$28/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• File, copy, and process invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Prepare invoice deduction notices
• Maintain A/P reports and files
• Answer vendor inquiries
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers
• Audit petty cash and expense reimbursements
• Assist in month-end closing
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong communication
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently
