About This Role
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will actively participate in the payroll processing cycle to ensure the payrolls are timely, accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Work On
* Support Payroll and month end close
* Calculate LOA and provide peer review for accuracy
* Complete, load, and provide peer review of manual EIBs
* Manage retro calculation process and analyze data for accuracy
* Validate stock option activity received daily from stock admin and track tax liability for payroll processing
* Process stock option and exercise on demand payments
* Validate on demand payroll for terms and NQ/Stock
* Manage Time and Absence process
* Perform analytical review of bi-weekly payrolls to ensure accuracy prior to sign-off
* Perform analytical review of Workday reports for accuracy
* Manage payroll e-mail and ensure 24-hour response
* Complete and submit payroll VOEs
* Initiate new state setup including 3rd party and POA requirements
* Apply for tax IDs with state and local tax jurisdictions
* Resolve Tax reporting issue
* Ensure all payroll tax filing have been submitted timely
What You Will Bring
* Payroll experience required
* Payroll tax experience preferred
* Workday payroll experience preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft office products
* Experience with SAP and Equity Edge a plus

- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $45-50/hr
