• Ensure Sales Team personnel meet or exceed all activity standards.

• Develop customer relationships and build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent business and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of industrial experience with 2+ years in a leadership role and a proven record of achieving sales targets and developing top sales talent.
