Human Resources Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join their client's team in Poway, California. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great attention to detail who is looking to apply their HR skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting HRBPs, Recruitment and special projects with the HR Leadership. To be successful in this role you will have experience with an HRIS program (UKG preferred) and enjoy the data side of HR.


Responsibilities:
  • Full time onsite in Poway, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Conduct data entry into the HRIS system for all employee changes.
  • Track employee status and ensure paperwork is uploaded correctly into the UKG system.
  • Regular reporting and management of employee data.
  • Track paperwork for new hires including background forms, signed offer letters and incentives reporting to payroll.
  • Support HR Business Partners at multiple California locations to ensure proper documentation where needed.
Requirements:
  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years supporting HR at a mid - large organization
  • Excellent detail orientation, ability to upload accurate information
  • Immediate availability for a temporary long term contract
Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 4:30 OR 8 - 5

Full time onsite, Poway office


Benefits:

Competitive pay with a fixed rate of $29 per hour.
