We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney with a focus on commercial transactions to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate transactions and development projects.
• Oversee closings and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Provide legal guidance on property management, landlord-tenant matters, and disputes.
• Prepare and review loan documents and assist in structuring financing arrangements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and, if necessary, litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, zoning laws, and title issues.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
