About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. This role requires the ability to communicate the firm's value proposition as an investment manager and to be proactive in building client relationships with a long-term, results-driven mindset. The Senior Wealth Advisor will act as the primary relationship manager for HNW clients, participate in business development initiatives, and contribute to the firm's investment committee. They will also be involved in introducing and leading discussions on financial planning, estate, tax, and retirement plans, as well as ensuring that client needs are met and documented.Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in an investment consulting/management firm, family office, or RIA, and hold a BA/BS degree (advanced degree preferred). Professional designations such as CFP or CFA are also preferred. A strong business development track record is essential, as is experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software. The role demands a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Wealth Advisor will work with a client support team to deliver an exceptional client experience and will be responsible for implementing investment strategies and recommendations.
