About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for Advanced Physician Services. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving operational initiatives to enhance the performance of the employed physician organizations and ambulatory enterprises. This includes optimizing practice management efficiencies, access, and staffing models, as well as fostering a culture of coordination and integration across the continuum of care. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in execution, financial management, and business development within a health-system-sponsored physician group. The SVP/COO will be expected to improve practice operations, access, and provider satisfaction, and must bring a strong background in process improvement, best practices, and contemporary industry standards to the management of the ambulatory enterprise.Applicants for the SVP/COO position at the company should be outstanding physician practice leaders with a history of building organizational structure and teams in a complex integrated environment. The role requires a leader who can enhance operational performance, increase efficiency, and advance integrated strategic IT solutions, including telemedicine and virtual health platforms.
