About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global VP, Information Technology to lead the strategic vision and execution of IT initiatives. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall direction of the company and ensuring that IT solutions align with strategic business goals. The role involves overseeing all technology and information systems globally, with a focus on delivering secure, innovative, and value-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, functional leadership, and technical proficiency, and will be expected to have a solid understanding of all IT functional domains, including infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, ERP systems, application development, and data governance.Candidates for the Global VP, Information Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 12 years experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a functional leadership role. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing geographically distributed teams, and experience in supporting manufacturing operations is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Glovia, and a deep understanding of ISO 27001 and security standards are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics assembly or vertically-integrated industrial experience, and multi-region experience, particularly in Asia, Europe, and North America, is highly valued. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex challenges, develop technology roadmaps, and stay current with emerging IT trends to ensure the company's competitive edge.
