About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to serve as its chief executive and administrative officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the institution in a manner that aligns with its mission and strategic vision, ensuring the effective management of academic, business, and fiscal operations. This role requires a leader who can identify and capitalize on opportunities, particularly in the areas of student learning, excellent teaching, and the development of a global and diverse academic community. The President will also be tasked with fostering the University's role in economic development, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, and serving as the primary liaison with government agencies and the local council.Applicants for the President position at the company should hold a Doctorate or comparable terminal degree and have a proven track record of leading and managing a large, complex organization, preferably in a higher education setting. The role demands a leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to work in a challenging financial environment, and a commitment to the values of diversity, global awareness, and intellectual curiosity. The President will be expected to have a collaborative leadership style, the capacity to build and maintain relationships both within and outside the institution, and a dedication to the personal and professional growth of the academic community.
