The Company is in search of a Chief of Pediatric Cardiology to lead its Pediatric Cardiology Division. Responsibilities for this key leadership position include setting a strategic vision for the division, ensuring clinical excellence, and overseeing the development and expansion of clinical programs. The role demands a physician with a proven track record in clinical, educational, and leadership excellence, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in pediatric cardiology.Candidates for the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology position at the company should hold an MD or equivalent degree, be board-certified in Pediatric Cardiology, and have an academic appointment at the Associate Professor level or above. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and a commitment to education and mentorship. Leadership skills, including the ability to build and lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams, are essential. The Chief will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology, and critical care, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
