Are you a seasoned Program Manager/RTE with a passion for driving results in highly regulated environments? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our team for an 18-month contract supporting a leading financial client , with potential for conversion to a full-time role.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between program management and technology teams , ensuring alignment across all development activities and delivering high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Leverage your Agile expertise to guide teams in navigating Agile ceremonies such as Epics, PI Planning, and stakeholder commitments, with a pragmatic, flexible approach.
• Act as the critical conduit between program managers and technology teams, ensuring seamless coordination for development, testing, design, and delivery activities.
• Drive program/delivery leadership by balancing enterprise change standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster collaboration across teams to meet both technical and business goals efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and enterprise standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Agile Experience: Practical experience in applying Agile principles in regulated environments; ability to adapt Agile practices for optimal effectiveness.
• Program/Delivery Leadership Expertise: Hands-on experience leading programs with a focus on delivery.
• Enterprise Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with change standards, regulations , and enterprise compliance processes (experience with Bank of America is a plus).
• Banking Industry Background: A strong track record of working in the financial services industry.
• Technical Coordination Skills: Adept at aligning development activities with broader program goals.
