Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CFO:

  • Manage the CFO’s daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills.
  • Oversee tasks, track deadlines, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze data, create templates, and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
  • Manage the CFO’s calendar, plan meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare meeting agendas, and take on special assignments that add value.
  • Partner with other departments to drive operational success and enhance efficiency.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to the CFO:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal abilities to confidently interact with professionals at all levels.
  • Proven discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software is a plus.
