Role Overview: The Quality Inspector will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality in medical device manufacturing, supporting partnerships with leading healthcare companies and innovative startups.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform detailed quality inspections using sophisticated measurement tools
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Issue and process non-conformance reports through enterprise systems
  • Communicate findings effectively with production supervisors
  • Guide operators on Visual Inspection Criteria (VIC)
  • Support ISO 13485 certification maintenance
  • Execute special quality assurance projects as needed


Required Qualifications:


  • Previous quality inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, scales)
  • Strong technical mathematics skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Excel proficiency for data entry and analysis
  • Color differentiation capabilities
  • Basic mechanical inspection knowledge
  • Ability to work 3rd shift
