Role Overview: The Quality Inspector will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality in medical device manufacturing, supporting partnerships with leading healthcare companies and innovative startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality inspections using sophisticated measurement tools
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Issue and process non-conformance reports through enterprise systems
- Communicate findings effectively with production supervisors
- Guide operators on Visual Inspection Criteria (VIC)
- Support ISO 13485 certification maintenance
- Execute special quality assurance projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Previous quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, scales)
- Strong technical mathematics skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excel proficiency for data entry and analysis
- Color differentiation capabilities
- Basic mechanical inspection knowledge
- Ability to work 3rd shift
